Versatile, fully modular high-performance offset slipform paver

  • The flexible slipform paver is suitable for paving a wide variety of monolithic profiles up to 3.0 m high.
  • WIRTGEN’s offset moulds are tailor-made to customer specifications and are available in a variety of profile shapes.
  • Concrete surfaces up to a paving width of 4.0 m can be easily paved using the offset method.
  • Special slipforms enable the construction of concrete safety barriers with variable paving heights – for example from 1.0 to 3.0 m.
  • The fully modular machine design and simple changeover and expansion options guarantee that the machine can be easily adapted to any building site situation.

Features

  • Slipform paving Offset: In offset application, mixer trucks deliver the concrete into the receiving hopper of the slipform paver. Transport to the mould is effected via a slewable belt or auger conveyor. Depending on the paver model, the belt conveyor is available in different lengths and in folding design. The auger conveyor is also available in different designs. And whether belt or auger conveyor: all settings, such as conveying speed, angle of incline or position can be made at the mere push of a button. • WIRTGEN levelling technology: WIRTGEN levelling technology controls height, depth and slope to achieve results of maximum precision. In the process, the system continuously reconciles the actual values with a preselected target value, correcting any deviations by means of proportional control. State-of-the-art machine engineering ensures levelling results of consistently high quality while at the same time relieving the machine operator of a significant part of his workload. WIRTGEN offers customers reliable hardware and software developed in-house. Different systems are used depending on the construction project to be completed and local conditions on site.
