Coastline Equipment is dedicated to our business partners during these troubling times. As we all work through COVID-19, please know we are here to support your business needs.
All locations currently remain open and we continue to revise our processes as this situation develops. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate through the situation. We know you’re concerned about COVID-19 and how it’ll impact your life – and your life’s work. We will do whatever it takes to get machines, equipment, parts, and support to you on-time.

Parts Ordering:

Order Online: Order parts 24/7 through CoastlineConnect, our customer portal. Our CoastlineConnect portal is fully mobile friendly, meaning you can view your account on your computer, tablet, or mobile phone at any time, and in any place you can reach the internet. Order parts online and have them shipped directly to you. Curbside service will also be available beginning Thursday March 19th.


Sign up:

*Please note that CoastlineConnect requires an account request to our corporate parts team for all users. We have staff ready to approve all new account requests and complete the sign-up process as quickly as possible.

Order by Phone: Please call your local store to purchase parts by phone. Curbside service will be available beginning March 19th.

Curbside Service: Every Coastline location will have dedicated to curbside service for parts pickup and equipment drop-off. This service will begin Thursday March 19th. Please place your order online or by phone.

  • Orders will come in to your local branch one of two ways, either through a phone call or through an online order with CoastlineConnect
  • Our parts staff will then prepare your order and package up your items
  • For payment you have the option to charge the order to your account (with established/available credit), pay by credit card online through CoastlineConnect, or pay in person at the store via credit card or cash.
  • Curbside Service of parts will vary from store to store, some stores will have a parts pickup bin outside for customers, other stores will bring the parts to your vehicle outside the store. Please verify the pickup method that your local Coastline Equipment store is using prior to ordering, for the most seamless experience.

Sales and Rentals:

For your sales and rental needs, we are here for you. Our sales staff will remain available during regular and after hours by phone, email, video chat, FaceTime, etc. Our sales and rental inventory remains stocked and well equipped to handle all of your business needs.
