Purpose:

Effectively monitor, report and communicate the daily movement of whole goods equipment inventory for Coastline Equipment Company.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and Update Dealer Business System with notes on Sales Notices, RPO Notices, Holds, Loaners & Demos
  • Single corporate sales point of contact for managing the communication of whole goods assets to the company through the Dealer Business System notes.
  • Monitor and oversee Plant Site Logistics load notifications and update Dealer Business System.
  • Coordinate “Will Call” trucking logistics for Whole Goods
  • Manage Pre-Delivery Inspection notification process
  • Manage and communicate monthly sales/settlement forecast process with local Coastline branches
  • Manage order process for attachments and AT kits directed by branch sales managers
  • Publish and communicate weekly on order status reports for construction equipment
  • Manage and communicate internally the specifics of the John Deere bulletin communication process
  • Produced monthly aged inventory report
  • Provide administrative assistance with physical inventory requirements
  • Review sales and marketing programs quarterly for accuracy prior to publishing
  • Special projects benefiting the sales department as deemed valuable by Corporate Sales Director

Experience, Education, Skills, And Knowledge:

  • 3+ years of sales/sales operations experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Office application skills weighted in Excel
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Bachelors Degree in Business related discipline and or 3-5 years industry related work experience.
